Atmosphere

Sybil is a fantasy adventure animation that touches on weighty topics in an accessible, light-hearted way, using touches of sarcastic and ironic humor particularly in terse moments. Some of the issues Sybil will touch on include historical and political tensions, death, nature, the meaning of life, and the pursuit of an identity.

Season 1

Sybil releases the spirits of her past lives and goes on a journey to understand where they come from. She discovers that she comes from a lost lineage of shamans who have been decimated, carrying with them a huge secret. Only the Higher-Self - the keeper of all human memories could tell her. In order to reach the Higher-Self, Sybil needs to retrieve the memories of each of her past lives.

Season 2

Sybil manages to reach the Higher-Self and discovers that her ancestors were protectors of Gaia - creator of matter and all living things. She discovers that Gaia is suffering because Ayran, a powerful shaman, is weakening her bond with the Higher-Self by stealing crystals. With the help of her past-lives and friends, Sybil will have to defeat Ayran and bring back the balance on Earth.
