Elora

Elora is a Celtic woman of  about 20 years old, who works as a midwife and healer in her village. She is also a moon priestess, who can never get married because they dedicate their lives to the gods. But she falls in love with Alanis, a young woman married to one of the village leaders. The two women meet in a hidden place in the forest to experience their love, but Alanis’ husband begins to get suspicious. He accuses Elora of violating her vow as a priestess, saying she has lain with him. Elora is, then, burned at the stake and Alanis has to watch the death of her loved one.
